All of last week we enjoyed an educational and sight-seeing tour of the heart of Spain: Madrid, Toledo, and Segovia. We visited cathedrals, monuments, castles, palaces, and museums learning more about Spain's rich culture and history. Some of the highlights of the week were seeing Jimmy Carter at the Prado and watching Spain v. Germany outside of Bernabeu Stadium. So far we are up to 2112 pictures of our time in Spain (Jennifer: 844 Khelsea: 1268). The ones we post here are a mixture of both. Above is a small selection from last week's adventures. Feel free to ask questions or leave comments. We love hearing from you and seeing who has been to the blog!
So that's what Don Quijote looks like! Nice pictures Jen and Khelsea! Love and miss you both!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely gorgeous photos!! I love you guys! I'm jealous that you got to watch the World Cup in Spain. Did you see the final today? Awesome stuff. It looks like you are having a wonderful time. :)
ReplyDeleteOh yes, we watched the final. Could you here the noise from there? It was absolutely insane here! Thanks for stopping by. And Khelsea says Hi! (to Stephanie too). :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like you got quite the dose of world cup fever! It's hard to picture how the world feels about the game until you're in another country. Being in a winning country even more so!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures and so nice to see your smiling faces. Best, e
